FOREWORD

I
am Ruth Charles, aka “Dr. Ruth,” and I promise to
tell you the truth because the greatest part of the word

.
truth is Ruth I know that may sound cheesy, but I
spent many years hating my name because I did not
know who I was, and others consistently teased me.

However, when I found out who I was and what my name
meant, it was on! For that reason, I am passionate about

helping others discover their identity, recover their
authority, and uncover their purpose. I have a love for

ministry leaders and business professionals because I am

both of those.

That said, the saddest thing I have realized is that many

people in recognized leadership positions have no clue who
they are. These “leaders” are gifted and successful in their

leadership roles but fail in their private lives. Many suffer

from a lack of personal vision and direction. So, they go as
far as they can, they become stuck, stressed-out, and

burned- out to the point of dropping out of their role as
C.E.O. or ministry leader. I understand what it feels like to

have a vision and dream and have no support, no friends,
