1) The Monthly changes is the comparison between current monthly indices and the previous month
2)Calendar year (year to date) changes are the comparison of current monthly indices to the indices on December in previous year
3) Year on year changes is the comparison of current monthly indices to the indices on same month in previous year
4) From January 2004 until May 2008 indices use the new based calculation for consumer price index (2002 = 100)
5) The indices and month to month changes for annual figures are using December data
6) Since June 2008 indices use the new based calculation for consumer price index (2007 = 100)
7) Since January 2014 indices use the new based calculation for consumer price index (2012 = 100)
