February Winter Rentals:
This winter has been particularly clod, the good news is that the cold snap on Amelia Island is
over and we still have a few units available for Winter Rentals for the month of February. Just
call us at 904-261-0511 and ask for Roza or email me directly at roza@fpamelia.com to inquire
about available units and pricing.

Concours D’Elegance Rentals:
Due to a few cancellations we still have a few car show rentals available. I am also handling
those reservations so please call at 904-261-0511 or email me at roza@fpamelia.com for details.
The dates for the show are Friday March 9 – Sunday March 11 .

Spring/Summer rentals and upgraded units:
Numorous units in our portfolio have been upgraded or are in the process of being renovated so
there is a lot to look forward to in 2018.
We have also opened booking for all of 2018, just go to our web site to see rates or give us a call
