ABOUT THE RESORT
The Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is located on the charming South End of Amelia Island where we are
tucked away in an evergreen maritime forest, 10 minutes away from the lively Historical Downtown
Fernandina and within walking distance to several restaurants and exciting attractions.
There are 3 buildings on the property Building A, B and C, all of which are nested in white sanded
Dunes, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Pictured on the cover is the C building.
The Resort also features 2 identical swimming pools and a private beach walkover that will take you
directly to the beach so you can be the first one to make footprints in the sand each morning. Each of the
pool areas has a restroom and an outdoor shower. You will also have access to out 4 Clay Har Tru Tennis
Courts as well as 2 BBQ and picnic areas.
There is a Fitness Center located in our office so you can work out and stay in shape while relaxing in
paradise. That is a perk exclusively offered to Florida Properties Guests.
