By choosing one of our luxury condos, you are choosing home like
comfort in an open, beautifully furnished space. All of the beds in the
Master Bedrooms are king sized to provide our guests with maximum
comfort.
Just imagine waking up each morning to an unforgettable view of the white
sanded beaches and the Atlantic Ocean.
All three buildings at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club are nested in
evergreen sand dunes. Our
private beach walkovers allow
easy access to the beach. You
can often spot a gopher turtle
right underneath the walkover.
The other great advantage to
renting one of the condos
managed by Florida Properties
is that we are located on site,
we will be here to greet you
when you check in; we are open 7 days a week between the hours of 9am
– 5pm and have an answering service in place after hours, so there is
always someone to answer your call.
We will provide you with local maps as well as lists of great restaurants
and exciting activities such as horseback riding on the beach, hiking, shark
tooth hunting, antiquing, yoga and fitness activities; don’t be shy, just stop
by the office and ask.
