Minimum Stays Required

Along with the rate, you will be required to pay 11% Tax and the Resort Fee, which is based on the size
of your accommodation.

The booking deposit is due at the time you make your reservation, and equals 50% of the rent
amount and the resort fee. The remainder will be due at the time of your check-in. You will be
checking in at our office located on site.

Please keep in mind that we have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel 30 days prior to
your arrival, the rent you have submitted towards the deposit will be returned to you, the resort
fee however is non-refundable.

Should you have to cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the funds will not be refundable,
however we will keep your funds on file for 6 months from the date of your arrival; you will be
able to re-schedule once for new dates. You have to arrive prior to the 6 month deadline. Should
your new dates fall on a different rate season, you will have to pay the difference in the nightly
rate; You will be then committed to the unit you have originally chosen; we are not able to
guarantee availability for your alternate dates.
