                          MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL

                                            The southerly area of the site is adjacent to Interstate 24, and is in close proximity to the Route 840 / 1-24
                                            interchange. The ambience of this portion of the site is appropriate for a higher density of housing
                                            development. Apartments are proposed for this section, arranged in a garden apartment layout.
                                            A total of 248 apartments are proposed. Thirty-one (31) 8-unit buildings in various styles of construction are
                                            planned, and one additional building is included for a management office and pool facility. Refer to page 27
                                            for location and layout of multi-family residential development. Development standards are listed on page 26.
                                            A typical layout of apartment buildings and parking areas is shown on page 28. Examples of apartment
                                            building styles and construction are also included in this section, beginning on page 29.
                                            Amenities will be provided in the multi-family development for both active and passive recreation. See page
                                            35 for a listing of these facilities.
