trip rate generates maximum trips per hour.
The following trips will be added to Florence Road with the proposed developments:
1) The single family housing development generates

During Weekday PM Peak Hour
Entering from Florence Road to the development = 115 trips
Exiting from the Development onto Florence Road = 59 trips
Total Trips = 174 trips

2) The multi family housing development generates
During Weekday PM Peak Hour
Entering from Florence Road into the development = 99 trips
Exiting from the Development onto Florence Road = 55 trips
Total Trips = 154 trips

A Total of 328 additional trips will be added to Florence Road with the proposed developments.
