‘Christos –Sophia The Divine Ministry’- Alter Realism

The composition explores the inter connection between spiritual planes of consciousness.

Sophia {Divine Wisdom } is envisioned as being present and empowering throughout as the integral aspect
of the Holy Trinity and was in the beginning with the Logos before the creation of the cosmos and first
emanation of the Godhead, out of the being of the Divine Absolute.

The Triptych is of multi-time and events and presents key moments in the ministry of Christ incarnate

in the human form of Jesus of Nazareth .

The compositional device known as ‘continuous narrative’ employed by Pietro Perugino in his painting
‘The Consignment of the Keys’.

The picture space depicts a number of time events as being parallel and enacted simultaneously.
This time-space phenomena can be viewed in quantum principles whereby the order of time events are not

linear. The Alter Realist compositions explores this stance and also implies a pre-ordained set of events that
culminate in the completion of Christ’s divine ministry and cosmic mission.
The events depicted are salient moments among many in Christ’s ministry.
