Having walked past these delightful, powerful polo ponies in my local area on
occasions , I waited for the opportunity to be able to photograph and sketch them.
The chance came along as we were blessed with a flurry of snow.
I was able to capture the ponies engaged in enjoying their hay close to the wall.
For artistic enhancement I added a few more larger snowflakes as this would give the
painting a more lively atmosphere.
