Possible planning for ‘The Art of Style and Status’
Such an exhibition would provide an opportunity to curate a body of inventory works from
‘The Assembly of Time’ - the ‘Blenheim collection’ - maybe also ‘Belvoir collection’ and other related
subjects.
This could be forwarded by Henrietta or Edla. Equally a percentage could be given to the respective
foundations.
The basis of the exhibition would explore the relationship of style and hence the status of style and the
effect on nature including the influence on fashion. Much of our contemporary view of aesthetics is derived
from these powerfully expressive periods.
