AN INTERVIEW WITH JUDITH ROSENKRANTZ
PROUD HOMEOWNER OF 20 SASQUA ROAD SINCE 2015
WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS HOME?
We were looking for a home with a master bedroom on the first floor.
We wanted something that we would love with a small amount of
renovation needed to update the home. We immediately fell in love with
the property, the sprawling lawn and the beautifully landscaped yard with
the beautiful flowers and pool.
Opening the gorgeous front door you could see all the way through the glass
door wall to the outside yard. The house was totally redone with the best
materials, it was easy living, one floor with open concept.
PLEASE DESCRIBE THE RENOVATION PROCESS ...
The house had been totally renovated by the previous owners. We added
custom cabinets to the offices and a automatic transfer generator in addition
to a new pool heater and pool pump. We also aerated and seeded the lawn.
WHY ARE YOU MOVING?
We are both retired and have a house in Florida. We spent more months
there than we originally thought we would. We have lived in this area for
42 years and thought we would never leave. Staying so much of the year in
Florida made us reconsider our plans.
WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS?
Yes we will. Our children grow up here and we still have children and
grandchildren living in the area. Our grandchildren are grown, one in
college and one in high school, soon off to college. We will miss the
community and friends. This area will always hold a special place in our
hearts.
TELL ME ABOUT THE GROUNDS ...
The property is beautifully landscaped done by L&L evergreen. In the yard
there are new flowers every week. Something is always in bloom from May
until October. It always makes us happy to sit outside with the awning up
lounging around the pool looking at the grounds.
WHAT MAKES YOUR LOT SO SPECIAL?
The lot has plenty of room for all kinds of games and play. Children love to be in our
yard. The driveway has room for a full basketball court.
