TOP 10 THINGS WE WILL MISS ABOUT 365 CROSS HIGHWAY

1. The privacy of our sanctuary! We fell in love with the property and knew it was the
perfect place for us. We'll miss many things but at the top of the list is the beautiful
and private grounds. We undertook a major renovation after we bought the house

and created the current house.

2. Looking at the mature trees and plants as I sit and listen to the sounds of nature. I
call the family room my bird sanctuary! I open the sliding doors and enjoy the

silence with only the sound of nature. Such a relaxing environment!

3. Entertaining and having guests over to enjoy our special hideaway. It's the perfect
weekend retreat and guests from the city always comment on how relaxing it is

here. The perfect blend of country, quiet and yet close to the city by train or car.

4. We have 4 dogs so the fenced in backyard is their playground and they will surely
miss it!

5. We live in Charleston and coming up north to our private sanctuary is blissful -
especially around the holidays.

6. We will definitely miss spending the holidays here in our cozy modern farmhouse!
We have many happy memories here. We'll definitely miss watching the snow
falling on all the trees. It's quite a sight to see right after a snow storm when the
trees are all coated white - a true winter wonderland.

7. We love the master bedroom as it’s separate from the noise of crazy teens in the
house! The room is practically sound proof as it was an addition with exterior walls
which blocks noise.

8. The grounds are insane. I love my gardens and the planting potential is
phenomenal for any gardener.

9. It really is a blissful place ... our kids love it as much as we do! We will miss having a
house full of the kids and their friend laughing and enjoying the property with us.

10. We planned to build a barn on the land that is at the bottom of the driveway but

never got around to doing it. We thought it would be great for extra garage space,
an entertaining area for parties and guests, or a hangout for the teens! We'll miss
seeing that added to our vision for the property.
