TOP 10 THINGS WE'LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT CONGRESS STREET ...
1. Hosting a beautiful spring wedding in the totally private
backyard, with a beautiful tent, ambiance and gardens around the
pool. It was a perfect setting!
2. Enjoying a swim in the pool while cooking dinner on the grill and
watching the football game on the TV in the outdoor cabana.
3. We love having the kids get together with their friends to enjoy the large
yard, swim in the 20' x 40' pool or watch a movie on the big screen home
theater.
4. Getting everywhere is so easy! Within minutes to the Merritt Parkway or
I95 as well as any of the area train stations. Shopping and errands are so
convenient with Black Rock Turnpike being so close.
5. Enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine while on the
Veranda. It's so relaxing to overlook the pool and backyard while listening to
the birds.
6. Hosting Thanksgiving Holiday dinner at our home and being able to seat
over 20 guests comfortably in the oversized dining room.
7. Sitting by a warm fire on a cool autumn evening while watching the news
in the Kitchen sitting area.
8. On a winter day, enjoying the steam shower and also the warmth of the
wood burning stove while watching a movie in the home theater room.
9. Being able to work from home so conveniently in the large home office,

requirements at my fingertips.
