4. Playing in our large back yard with our family
and dog!

the town's amazing facilities.
6. Walking the nature trails down the street
through the bird sanctuary and coastal trails.
7. All the extra storage we had in the basement!
8. Entertaining family and friends on our large
stone patio and Grilling on our BBQ island!
9. The short drive to the train or I-95 everything is
only minutes away!
10. Living the beach lifestyle - using the beach a
short stroll away as an extended back yard !
11. The small private playground at the end of the
street is invaluable.
12. We also loved spending days fishing at the
creek, it was so convenient being just a short
walk away!
