get anything we need within minutes. The house is also nestled in between the Merritt
Parkway and the 95 which provides great convenience for travel.
2. The layout is ideal for watching your children while also tending to household chores.
3. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are great and the entire block
looks out for one another. We always felt we could count on our neighbors when we were
away to take care of any tasks we needed to be done.
4. The massive primary bedroom with access to the deck.
5. The peacefulness of the property as the surrounding trees provide privacy. The backyard
is an amazing place to relax. We have many memories sitting around the fire pit as a
family.
6. The proximity to the elementary school as we could walk our children to school.
7. The bedroom on the first floor provided guests with easy access to the bathroom.
8. The newly renovated bathrooms.
9. The updated mudroom where the kids were able to take off their snow boots and dirty
shoes.
10. The fireplace was an amazing feature of the house and we used it on a daily basis in the
fall and winter.
