                                                          162 BRANCHVILLE ROAD

Q: WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS HOME?

A: From the first time we drove by it, it grabbed our attention. It was the quintessential Connecticut

farmhouse we were looking for with the conveniences of modern day living. The property is hard
to beat and given the proximity to town center it checked off everything we needed as a family.

Q: WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS/NEIGHBORHOOD?

A: Our neighborhood has beautiful estate homes and many families. We are minutes from town center

and easily able to take advantage of all that Ridgefield has to offer. Heading out to stores, restaurants
and parks is right around the corner where we see many friendly faces. Ridgefield is such a special

town with a picture perfect main street.

                 Q: WHY ARE YOU MOVING?

A: We have a love for design but are looking for our next creative project.

Q: DID YOU DO MUCH WORK TO THE PROPERTY?

A: We renovated the interior of the house in 2015. We refaced and painted the kitchen cabinets,

added a new Wolf range, farmhouse sink, custom center island and light fixtures. We replaced
the backsplash with subway tiles and installed all new Calcutta marble counters throughout the
kitchen and side pantry. We painted much of the interior house in neutral colors, added shiplap

to several walls and replaced light fixtures throughout. We renovated the laundry room and
added a new washer/dryer, white quartz counters, shiplap and an antique cast iron farm sink. We
renovated one of the master bathrooms and added a new sink vanity with marble counters. We

also added a high-end water treatment system. On the exterior of the house we redid the driveway
to have a large circular driveway and added a brick paver patio area off the gazebo. We added

apple blossom trees along the perimeter of the property and numerous flowers and shrubs in the
garden and throughout the backyard. We also added an adorable white farmhouse/playhouse off
                      the garden area.

              Q: HOME NETWORK

A: We use a property management company in Ridgefield called Total Care that maintain all of our service
providers. We use Xfinity for our internet and cable and Ecolibrium for our house cleaners.
