Q: What are your favorite features of the house / property?
A: We love the cape cod style of the house and the partial view of the LI Sound in the fall and
winter. We get tons of sunlight from the French doors and keeps the house so light and bright.
Q: Can you tell us a little about the neighborhood and living in Milford?
A: Plenty of activities for children and wonderful dining options! Walkway that leads to
Morningside drive that would allow for a great run, jog or sitting down to read a book while
enjoying the view of the Long Island Sound. It's fun to watch so many people venture into the
water to enjoy paddle boarding or kayaking! As a resident you get a Milford sticker that grants
you parking access to Anchor Beach, which was perfect all year round for a walk in the fall or
spring, or swimming in the water all summer long!
Q: What made you buy this particular house when you were looking?
A: We loved the privacy that this home provided - it's one of the most unique homes on
Edgefield Avenue. Most home have a extensive yard like we do, but this one is completely
fenced-in. The private driveway & leveled front yard with the firepit is great for entraining.
We love the water and wanted to be close to the beach!
Q: Why are you moving?
A: We relocated to Milford for work 2 years ago, and are now relocating again for the same
reason. This was a dream home for us and a unique find for a great downtown area while
offering a shoreline presence. It was a perfect balance, and we ill miss it for sure.
