Every season and HVAC companies come to clean the units
Duct work has been vacuumed out three times since living here.
Duct work system cleaned and maintained every 4 years since purchased.
Very conscious of maintaining all mechanicals throughout house. Yearly and bi yearly
appointments were made.
Pest control company has come every single month for the past 18 years.
2017 Generator to work the main appliances. Kitchen Refrigerator and freezer, kitchen outlets, exterior
freezer, and outlets in kitchen so you could use an extension cord throughout the house for emergencies.
Septic system gets pumped out every two years. It’s an overkill I know but I prefer to maintain all my
mechanicals.
