1. Walking to the beach along the quiet shady streets for
evening and morning strolls.

2. Being just steps away from schools and town,
restaurants, shops and the train.

3. One of the most wonderful neighborhoods we have ever
lived in. Such a sense of community! So friendly, family
oriented, welcoming and fun!

4. Barbecuing with friends and family in our large private
backyard and cooling off in our pool!

5. Walking, jogging or biking to our choice of several
parks and playgrounds, depending on our mood.

6. Halloween, 4th of July fire works, Block parties ...
it’s a very festive part of town!

7. Providing out-of-town guests with their own
private bedroom and bath, we essentially have
two enormous master suites!

8. Our open floor-plan for entertaining with
easy outdoor access from the kitchen.

9. Relaxing baths to ease the stress in
the spa-like master bath.
