6. We really appreciated having dual staircases. While formal spaces provide an elegant
setting for entertaining, the second staircase allowed our children to access the upstairs
family room with ease, creating a natural separation between lively play and
sophisticated gatherings.

7. The upstairs media room located near the generously sized bedrooms offered the
perfect setting for our teenagers to gather and entertain friends, creating a comfortable
environment and lots of independence while keeping them close to home.

8. We especially enjoyed the unique character of the home—it offers all the charm and
feel of an antique residence, yet it has the comfort and convenience of newer
construction.

9. It was wonderfully convenient being close to clubs, schools, and shopping—with no
traffic hassles when picking up after sports or other activities at Bedford Middle School
or Staples High School.

10. The indoor pool provided the perfect setting for year-round exercise and relaxation. It
was particularly magical on snowy days when the kids came over, splashing and
playing, while staying warm and cozy indoors. It’s a space that brings energy, laughter,
and a sense of fun to every season, making even the coldest winter days feel bright and
inviting.
