The formal living room is not original to 1780, and

serves as an added bonus to the first floor. The large

fireplace is wonderful to cozy up to, and the built-

ins are perfect for books and family photos. The

french door leads to the covered section of the patio,

fantastic for summer parties or enjoying a glass of

wine during happy hour. The woodwork in especially

beautiful in this room, and it's a wonderful section

of the house to entertain in. Enjoy the wonderful

view of the back yard from the wall of windows

overlooking the blooms of the various perennials

and rose bushes from spring to fall.
