TOP TEN THINGS WE WILL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT 140 OLD STONEWALL ROAD

1. The cul de sac neighborhood makes this a safe street for kids to ride bikes and we enjoy
taking a quiet afternoon stroll. It’s a really friendly neighborhood.

2. We have loved entertaining friends and family in our home. The layout provides great flow
both inside and out onto our spacious deck.

3. Enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the deck while listening to
the birds. The retractable awning offers a shady spot to sit during the warmer months...it’s
like having an outdoor room!

4. The sunroom has been our favorite room offering a year round view of the lush backyard.

5. The entire master suite has been our serene retreat and we have enjoyed the luxurious
ensuite bath we recently renovated.

6. While the lower level can certainly be finished, the kids used it as an indoor playground
during winter months.

7. We will miss the grand stone fireplace that has been the setting for so many winter evenings.
8. The quiet seclusion that comes with living on a cul de sac lane yet we are still close to
everything. We are minutes to the many local farm stands and shopping.

9. There’s so much storage space in this home! The lower level offers loads of storage space that
you may not even bother using the attic.

10. The spacious main floor laundry room with access to the deck has been a nice convenience.
