HOME IMPROVEMENTS

In 2015 we gutted 80% of the house and completely transformed it!

Lower Level:

New Carpet and Paint and a 55” Big Screen TV

Main Floor:

Removed 2 walls closing off old living room, dining room, and kitchen. Moved the
kitchen entirely to the adjacent side of the house from its original position. Kitchen is
100% Brand new including plumbing, lighting, cabinetry, windows, plumbing fixtures,
appliances (except refrigerator).

- New sliding glass doors from the Dining Room to the terrace offer views of the garden

- New deck stairs and flagstone patio and all new landscaping in the backyard.

- New hardwood floors and refinished existing to match throughout.

- New paint on the walls and trim throughout the house, including bathrooms

- New fireplace mantle and corbels; painted brick surround

- New windows in the living room

- New mirrored hall closet French doors

- French doors on the downstairs living room

2nd Level:

Removed the 2nd level kitchen and created 3 brand new bedrooms with new closets
Added 2 new bathrooms

New laundry room

All new plumbing and lighting and electric wiring for much of the upstairs, several new
windows, new doors

New landscaping in the front yard and surrounding the house.

Brand new fence for a fully fenced yard and also to separate the shared driveway.

Brand new paint for exterior house and trim.
