We will miss about 30 Soundview Farm Road

1. Being so conveniently located! We are so close to many different towns, each

offering activities, restaurants, and shopping that we enjoy and appreciate!

2. Teaching the kids how to ride their bikes down our quiet street. It's like our very
own private lane.

3. Enjoying a hot cup of coffee on a crisp morning on the balcony outside my

Bedroom. It really is a wonderful way to start the day!

4. Gathering around one of the 5 fireplaces... whether for a movie night with the

family or having a few neighbors over for conversation or game night. And at the
end of the day, I could enjoy my own private fire feature while relaxing in a hot

bath.

5. Being right on the 3rd hole of Aspetuck Country Club! Whether it is walking to

the clubhouse with the kids for a swim right from our backyard or enjoying dinner
and drinks at the clubhouse and not having to worry about driving home, it is so
convenient!

6. It's such a great house for the kids! They would pitch tents in the Sunroom (or

the backyard when they got older) and listen to the frogs and crickets while they

chased fi reflies, have sleepovers in the huge bedroom above the garage or in the
lower level, walk with their friends to the club, or ride bikes and play hopscotch on
the cul-de-sac. The memories they created here are so special!
7. The Natural Light! Windows and skylights everywhere bring in so much sunlight

and natural beauty!

8. I will really miss all 4 seasons... Admiring the beautiful dogwood trees blossoming

in the springtime, swimming, and tennis all summer, my favorite time to golf is
autumn because the foliage is amazing, and the winters are, in a word, magical.

9. I will truly miss entertaining here. The rooms flow perfectly for large gatherings

and there are so many spaces for guests to gather in groups while still being part
of the party. Tree trimming parties (with a 14-foot Christmas Tree!), summer
gatherings, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, birthdays, and graduations. Every special
occasion is more special because of the memories created here!

10. The neighbors. There is just something special about the people on Soundview

Farm. We all just really care about each other.
