Please describe the renovation process:

We have improved pretty much everything while here. Re-done Kitchen, Family Room, and all
Bathrooms. No expense spared on the two upstairs Bathrooms two summers ago. Re-did the
Lower Level (no drop ceilings). Relatively new roof. New front doors, new garage doors with motors,
brand new lifetime warranty top of the line Boiler installed by Standard Oil. Entire Basement
Systems (trip sump pump with French Drain). New carpeting in all the Bedrooms upstairs. It was
a labor of love!

Why are you moving?

Our children have loved growing up here, but now that they're grown, we want to move closer to
where they've settled. It is bittersweet to leave here as we have so many wonderful memories but
we are excited to to be starting the next chapter of life.

Would you miss the neighbors:

Absolutely! We have wonderful neighbors on both sides of us and indeed the entire block! From
potluck dinners to Halloween parties to hopscotch in the cul-de-sac, everyone is always so kind
and considerate.

Tell me about the grounds

We love everything about the grounds....coming home to the professionally landscaped gardens,
our well lit patio, relaxing in the hottub in absolute privacy, irrigation system that makes caring
for the grounds so easy, our cute little shed, and plenty of lawn for fun in all seasons!

What makes your property so special:

So many things but what pops into mind is the privacy while still being in such a fabulous
neighborhood that is so convenient to absolutely everything!
