1. Location! Location! Location! This area is so convenient, but it feels tucked away. We
love that it’s quiet and spacious, but we can get to the grocery store, coffee shop, or the

gym in 5 minutes or less.
2. We built this custom kitchen ourselves, so it’ll be bittersweet to leave all the little details

we put in like the cookie sheet/cutting board cabinet and ….
3. The flow into the outside is so ideal for us. It’s a breeze getting outside with two decks

and great for entertaining!
4. And speaking of the outside our sunroom is a pleasure all year long. During the winter it

gets so much light and brightens any cold, January day.
5. One of the things that drew us originally to this house is the backyard. There’s so much

space for the kids to explore and we love that it’s Aspetuck Trust land right behind us,
just that extra layer of privacy and nature.

6. This cul de sac is so great for our family. Whether it’s helping the kids to learn how to
ride their bikes or take a short walk we love being on a quiet street!

7. Another great thing we’d loved for our kids is the basement. We were planning on really
making it more of a home gym space too but just never got to it. There’s so much you

can do down there and the kids love being as loud (or messy) as they want in a space
that’s just their own.

8. A great love of mine is that primary closet! The two sections and the extra drawer space
is incredible, and it never seems to get full!

9. Another feature of the primary suite is that office space. It’s become a little reprieve
away from it all. I use it as an office space but also as just a place to decompress after a

busy day.
10. This house is in one word convenient. The floor plan works so well for our family, it’s

close to everything we love about this area, and we have so much room to spread out
both inside and out. We are truly going to miss it!
