nature, convenience, etc. It truly is a dream house.

WHY ARE YOU MOVING?

We don't need as much space.

WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS?

Yes. A very close knit community.

TELL ME ABOUT THE GROUNDS ...

Breathtaking. Gardens, decks, professional landscaping,

privacy, 360 degree views, birds and bay wildlife are amazing.

WHAT MAKES YOUR LOT SO SPECIAL?

There are so many areas to explore- outdoor fireplace,

pool area, bocce court, front yard for sports play, cul de sac

for privacy and safety, several patios, decks...I've never seen

anything like it. ALL directly waterfront.
