grateful especially during COVID stay at home periods.
14. Raising two children in this home and neighborhood was very special. It’s beautiful, safe, secure,
delightful in every way. There are many beautiful homes but not many that offer these views coupled
with a great neighborhood and a calming environment.
15. I grew up bird watching so I love watching the birds migrate and change with the season – winter
ducks like mergansers, bufflehead, and goldeneyes; seasonal kingfishers/goldfinch/cardinals/etc.;
and summer birds like egrets, herons, and ospreys. It’s a bird lover’s paradise!
