Q: What made you fall in love with 61 Clapboard Hill Road?

A: When we decided to move to Westport, we didn’t fully realize how special the

Greens Farms neighborhood truly is. From its stunning beauty to its unbeatable
location, it really does have it all. As soon as we laid eyes on the house—though it was
in need of significant repairs—we knew we wanted to restore it to its former glory. We

did not want a cookie cutter or new construction and the charm and authenticity of
this home just spoke to us. We’re really proud of the transformation we’ve made. We
also loved that there was plenty of room to put a pool and tennis court if we decided
to do that...or even get a horse or 2 and put up a barn. Rarely do you find a property
with such a massive yard.

Q: Tell me about the renovation?

A: How much time do you have...haha. I could talk for hours about how careful we
were to choose the highest quality and design in every decision we made. We put a
tremendous amount of time and thought into the renovation so that it would blend
timeless beauty with modern functionality. I am happy to share details with the

buyer!

Q: Why are you moving?

A: It is bittersweet because while we’ve loved every moment here, our family is
growing and changing, which is why we’ve decided it’s time to sell. We look forward
to seeing another family create their own memories in this special place, just as we

have.
