TOP THINGS WE WILL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT 181 TURN OF RIVER ROAD

                           1. 1st Floor Master Bedroom is very convenient for us – we never need to climb upstairs and we
get a feeling of controlling the house from the living level.

                   2. Master Bedroom has plenty of closets and a large walk-in closet fully built up.

               3. The stunning lake view from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, wrap around deck, upstairs
bedroom (which even has its own large deck overlooking the lake)

           4. The fully finished lower level captures so much space – it’s a mini apartment, perfect as an in-law ‘apartment’,
a teenager or young adult living at home, or house guests. We love to host parties and have frequently had around
60 guests over in this fully equipped lower level. It has a large built in bar with wine cellar, wine cooler, mini fridge
and ice maker, a big entertainment space, an exercise and recreation space, a ‘library-lounge’ where we’ve spent so
many winter evenings and best of all, a separate home office that also doubles up as a guest bedroom. We like that
there’s a full bath in the lower level, that has allowed us to have extra house guests over with ease. At one point, a
nephew who lived with us for a couple months and was happy to be there.

           5. We love the fact that the master bedroom overlooks the lake and has this lovely cherry tree outside the window.
Waking up every morning is so special in this room.

             6. The laundry room pantry attached to the kitchen also has a large sink that has come in handy so often when
we have company for dinner and can stack away the large pots out of sight.

               7. A very unique and fun feature of the house that we will miss is the additional space upstairs that allows us
to actually have a space to store large suitcases and boxes. And a nice sized art studio above the garage. The
studio space has built in storage shelves for art supplies and we’ve spent many hours there painting, crafting,
creating. The fact that it overlooks the lake is a nice touch for creativity!

                  8. We love to cook and spend a lot of time in the kitchen. It’s spacious, and we often use the eat-in table
there rather than the dining room. It has a view of the lake and opens out onto the deck.

                   9. The wrap around deck is special – it’s our hang out space all through the summer months, we often eat
                   breakfast or dinner there.

                    10. We’ve always had family and friends come visit and it’s been easy for them to stay over because the
guest rooms are upstairs so we all have our privacy. The two full baths upstairs are a big bonus.

                    11. We will greatly miss our wonderful neighbors in this tiny community of 12 homes. Many of us have
been neighbors here for over ten years and we all look out for each other. The Sterling Lake estate has an
interesting history and was part of a working farm and estate that, as far as we can tell, dates back to the
                  1700s.

                 12. Will miss the sheer convenience of walking over to the big Trader Joe’s store on the main road, as well
as the Starbucks, dry cleaners, hardware store. And yet, when we enter Sterling Lake Estate, we are tucked
away in the trees and beautiful foliage and no one outside can tell there’s a community of 12 homes inside.
We’ve always thought of this as the pleasures of country living with modern urban conveniences right at hand.

          13. Lovely walks around the neighborhood.
