Interview with the Homeowner
Q: What made you fall in love with this home?
A: The property- first of all. Custom built and designed by Tom- only owner of the home.
Q: Please describe the renovation process.
A: Enlarged kitchen- 2003. Added family room fireplace with warming shelf
Q: Why are you moving?
A: We are retiring, and would like to be closer to our children. Wanted the challenge of
building another house.
Q: Will you miss the neighbor(s)?
A: It is a great private neighborhood. We will miss the smiles and waving driving down the
street.
Q: Tell me about the grounds…
A: The view of the woods behind the house is breathtaking in every season! It provides a
beautiful backdrop to every activity while we go about our daily life. I have put my heart
and soul into the gardens! Although I will miss our lovely yard, it will make me happy to
think of the next owners appreciating every inch of it the way we have.
Q: What makes your property so special?
A: Landscaping for privacy + beauty around the pool. Stairs leading from patio to upper lawn
area. Great for children to play and also pets. Entire backyard is fenced!
