and vegetables at the farmers market to make dinner at home and eat in our
family dining room.

2. North Cedar Road offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. We
love our home near in the lower Greenfield Hill Neighborhood on the peaceful
and quiet cul-de-sac, yet can be on the train platform in 10 minutes as well as
most of Fairfield's Beaches, FTC and the Downtown Shopping Area

3. Cul-de-sac is perfect for kids to ride bikes on at any age, even 2 years old.
Memories of roller skating are always fun to recall.

4. Wonderful street with neighbors that walk down to the cul-de-sac daily, so
nice to get to know them as well as their families and pets and catch up on on
all current activities.

5. Just minutes away from popular Fairfield events like the Dogwood and Ogden
House Festivals. The Dwight School Annual Festival is a fun one as well!

6. So many neighborhood kids at the North Cedar Road bus stop! All schools are
just minutes away, and so nice to ride on the bus for a couple of minutes to
Dwight and the Ludlowe Campus.

7. Annual block parties and Trick-or-Treating on Halloween is the best and we
didn't even have to leave our street!

8. Waking up to coffee in the bright and sun filled kitchen and eating outside on
the patio just outside of the kitchen for more intimate dinners and on the back
patio for larger groups.

9. We all love the large finished lower level, with the big screen TV and
pool table with room to spare. Built in benches with tops were the
perfect place for toys and seemed to grow with the family.....now home
to books and anything we need to store. Dedicated home office (before
home offices were dedicated!) just off of the laundry room area. Nice
to be close at home while having the privacy to work and make those
zoom calls. No commute!

10. Entertaining inside and out! The house has a great flow which works
well with a house full of family and friends. Love the front to back
living room and family room extension, open the doors in between for
an extra large living/family room space. Wall of built-ins are perfect
for photos and collectibles with covered cabinets below for media
equipment.
