Top Ten Things we’ll miss about life at 21 Winding Way

1. The beautiful layout of this home, especially the
master bedroom suite on the first floor with the
large closet space and spa-like bathroom.

2. Having a wonderful neighborhood community with
the privacy only found at “The Elms”.

3. The gorgeous yard and mature plantings all over the
complex that we don’t have to maintain.
4. The spontaneous gatherings on a sunny day in the
complex gazebo with our wonderful neighbors.

5. Hosting friends and family on holidays and special
occasions in our elegant dinning room. The great
lay out and flow make it a breeze!

6. Book club, mahjong, monthly lunches, meeting for
daily walks, excursions to museums, movie nights
and other events organized by our wonderful
people in the complex.

7. Sitting on the front porch enjoying a book and
chatting with the neighbors walking by.

8. Having extra space for my grandchildren when they
come to visit, as they have their own bedroom and
bathroom for them to be comfortable

9. Weekly golf outings at Tashua Knolls Golf Course.

10. The convenient location, minutes from all major

parks, hiking trails.
