TOP 10 THINGS WE'LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT HILLSIDE ROAD ...

1. The privacy that we enjoy on our park like grounds. The gorgeous
specimen trees and perennials are gorgeous all year long.

2. Enjoying our pool and pool house on a hot summer day. The kids were
always in it for summer break, and we had many a party and entertained around
the pool.

3. Beautiful sunsets because we are one of the highest elevations in the town of
Fairfield!

4. Having the fireplace in the family room / kitchen area is wonderful while cooking
or watching a movie.

5. The option for a first floor master or in-law suite. We often had elder guests
staying there and they were so comfortable and at ease without having stairs to
the main house.

6. The additional suite above the garage with a bedroom, full bath and separate
living room. Terrific for college aged children or an Au pair situation.

7. The ease of getting to town or the train. Hard to believe we are minutes to the
hustle and bustle while on our private and peaceful property.

8. Being so close to the Merritt or I95 for the ease of commuting or family and
friends coming to visit.

9. Our master suite complete with a vaulted ceiling and fireplace in the sitting area,
our own balcony, and our oversized walk-in-closet and lovely bath.

10. All of the beautiful natural light that fills the house all day long. So many terraces and
balconies to enjoy our property, sunsets and all 4 seasons!
