Top 10 Things you will love about 3 Elizabeth Drive

1. Enjoy watching all of the different seasons in the backyard. There is a family of
bunnies that my kids look forward to seeing every year. We love seeing the babies
hopping around the yard.

2. My kids gained their independence because they were able to ride bikes to
school. I was comfortable with them doing that in this neighborhood and that

they were on sidewalks.

3. As a family we enjoy taking long walks together, I am glad that there are

sidewalks for us to walk on instead of in the street.

4. The oversized deck is wonderful for entertaining. We have celebrated many
special occasions in the beautiful yard. It is also a serene spot to sit and relax
knowing the kids were safe playing soccer in the fully fenced-in yard.

5. The quiet and quaint street where kids can learn how to ride bikes and play
outside.

6. Having plenty of space when entertaining whether family or friends. The kids
always had their own space and loved spending time in the lower level…there

own private area.

7. Living on a quiet cul-de-sac. The only people who drive down our street are the

people who live here…and they are all so friendly!

8. The convenience! We are so close to shopping and restaurants in Westport,

Southport and Fairfield. And just minutes to the train station or 1-95 while still
having such a quiet neighborhood.

9. The sun drenched dining room provides great family time - weather having a meal
or playing a board game, it’s a very cheerful space.

10. It is just such a fantastic family community with a diverse group of people, all who
are very kind to one another.
