Q: What is your favorite feature of the house?
A: The location to town/ train and beach plus the Master shower/ bedroom.
Q: What made you stay all of these years while your children were growing up?
A: Great neighborhood with access to all the important features of Fairfield (train, town cen-
ter, schools and beach)
Q: What do you like the best about the neighborhood/neighbors?
A: Easy walking and bike riding with flat roads. Always lots of people out walking and social-
izing.
Q: Favorite part about the house when entertaining?
A: The ease of flow from kitchen to family room to back yard. The stone wall provides nice
built in seating!
Q: Your home is so centrally located, how has that made it easy to live there over the
years (travelling to work, school, etc)?
A: So easy to get to so many key places which saves time. (Beach, Town dump/ recycling,
Veteran’s park/ tennis, town center and restaurants, town green)
