1. What are some of your favorite features of the house and/or yard?

The open concept floorplan of the house is a fantastic feature, it's so easy to enjoy
whether it's every day family life or entertaining for Holidays or parties. The amazing
wrap-around deck just draws you outside all the time. The view of the river (at the back
of the property) is so relaxing, whether it's listening to the water flow or taking a walk
along it on a summer day.

2. What made you buy this property when you were looking?

We wanted an open layout floorplan, and this house is perfect for that. It also brings in so
much natural light from the wall of windows. The quiet cul-de-sac location was another
major reason - we wanted a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic.

3. Tell me what it's like to live in this neighborhood?

It's great. Everyone is very friendly, and taking the dogs for a walk, or going for a run is so
easy. And we love being so close to the main roads to get to everything from shopping to
highways to schools.

4. What do you love about living in Newtown?

Newtown has so much to offer, and a very important feature of the town for us was that
the schools are highly rated. Fairfield Hills is a wonderful place to spend a few hours with
miles of walking trials, a local brewery and so much history. And, the best ice cream (in
our opinion!) at Ferris Acres Creamery, a local favorite.

5. Why are you moving?

Our kids are done with school, so it's simply time to downsize for us. It was a wonderful
house for raising our family, and we truly loved the area and all that it provided.
