1. Location is perfect... center of everything! Walk to Rowayton Village,
Pinkney Park, Train, Community Center, Bayley Beach and so much more!

2. Living in a beautiful, quaint and special waterfront town where every day
feels like you are on vacation!

3. Summer afternoons that turn into beautiful summer evenings, enjoying time
with friends and family or quiet time together. Barbecuing on the grill, followed
up with dining on the patio in our serene and private backyard!

4. Enjoying the beautiful sunset from my balcony! Being so appreciative of the
beautiful town I live in!

5. Attending countless events at Bayley Beach including Sunday Summer
Concerts. Listening to great music and spending time with friends, while
enjoying the beautiful coastline.

6. Walking to the kayak and paddle board launch and enjoying a day out on
the water! Also, being walking distance to the marina where we kept our
boat for the season!

7. Long walks with my dog to the dog park and through the beautiful,
winding streets of Rowayton.

8. Walking to the community center for fun events, such as Rowayton
Comedy night, or setting up a fun paddle match with friends on the RCA
paddle courts available to all residents

9. Walking to the train and taking the short train ride to New York City for a fun
night out! So nice to be so close to New York city, but to always return to a town
as special as Rowayton. It is the best of both worlds!

10. Bicycling around Rowayton, especially the scenic paths to Belle Island and seeing all
the friendly faces and people in town.
