YOU WILL LOVE
About life at 84 Walnut Hill Rd.
1. We'll really miss our neighbors! Great people up and down and across the street. So fun,
friendly, helpful, quiet, and considerate. Some even invited us into their homes around
Thanksgiving and Christmas to celebrate. We've really enjoyed watching these beautiful families
grow around us over the years!
2. The big private backyard — with all its beautiful trees, flowering bushes, calming breezes, and
plenty of birds — provides a peaceful retreat.
3. All the natural light — from the morning until about noon, the bright sun streams in through the
big windows at the front of the house; from noon until about 3pm, the driveway, front yard, and
backyard all get nice amounts of direct sun; and in the afternoon and evening, the amber twilight
colors the backyard and deck as the sun sets.
4. The hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms always looked sharp, gave us lots of
options, and were very easy to clean.
5. The location! So close to everything you'd want in central Bethel, Danbury, Newtown, etc., and
still secluded away from "downtown" traffic. We also loved being relatively close to our friends and
family in New York or New England.
6. Having the en suite Full Bath off the Primary Bedroom was a nice feature for a three-bedroom
home!
7. Being close to so many parks, trails, and nature preserves! We loved hiking and birdwatching.
8. The downstairs room gave us lots of flexibility: over the years, it served us as an office, an extra
bedroom for guests, and an entertainment room/den.
9. All the friends we've made in town at various places: restaurants, the bank, the post office, the
library, doctors' offices, church, etc.
10. All that storage! This home has tons of big, deep closets — plus a garage, crawlspace, attic, and
shed.
