Interview with the Homeowner

Q: What made you buy this house when you were looking?

A: We loved all the charm this house had and we could see ourselves staying here for long

into the future.

Q: Tell me about the neighborhood.

A: This is the best neighborhood. It is a real community and we get together often for block

parties and holidays. Lots of kids live in the neighborhood which is what we love.

Q: What is your favorite feature(s) of the house?

A: The Kitchen is truly our favorite room. We redesigned it completely and it is exactly how

we imagined it. The lilac trees outside the kitchen windows look and smell amazing!

Q: Can you share anything about the grounds?

A: We love the property. The fence and stone around the property give it privacy and a safe
environment for the kids and dog to play in. There is a sprinkler system to keep the grass
lush and green. The arborvitaes lining the driveway are elegant. We have created an out-
door living space including patio with a huge stone fireplace and another patio under
a pergola to enjoy good meals with friends and family. We also added a kid's play area
which they love. Attractive flowers and bushes line the front of the home and privacy
hedges on the side of the house make this home truly one of a kind.

Q: Why are you moving?

A: We had no plans on moving as we love this home and have family here. However, an amazing
opportunity has come up that we are excited to start and one we could not pass up.
