 The garage ceiling and walls were
packed with blown in insulation.

 The garage wall was completely
empty so that is all set now and the
rim joist (both Roxul and dense pack)
is complete.

 Lights have been replaced with High
efficiency LED bulbs. 75 total.
 A home energy audit was completed
and the home was air sealed
reducing the air flow by 1000 cfm.

 The refrigerator has been recently
replaced.

 The property has also been sprayed
under a periodic program against
ticks.

 The alarm system has been installed
that supports home automation and
