packed with blown in insulation.
The garage wall was completely
empty so that is all set now and the
rim joist (both Roxul and dense pack)
is complete.
Lights have been replaced with High
efficiency LED bulbs. 75 total.
A home energy audit was completed
and the home was air sealed
reducing the air flow by 1000 cfm.
The refrigerator has been recently
replaced.
The property has also been sprayed
under a periodic program against
ticks.
The alarm system has been installed
that supports home automation and
