Q: Why are you moving?
A: It's been a hard decision because we love our neighborhood and the flow of this home. The
natural light is very important to us and the back yard space for our dogs has been wonderful
throughout the years.
Q: Tell us about the neighborhood.
A: This neighborhood and street is fantastic. We love that we have privacy here from our
neighbors but still have a nice community feeling. All the neighbors are very friendly and being
on a not cut through street is ideal for a safe environment for the kids to play and plenty of
parking and privacy when we have parties. The bonus of living in this location is we are so
close to shopping yet we have 1.01 acres of land and so much space! We loved it here!
Q: What made you choose this home over others to buy?
A: This location is so centrally located, our son went to New Canaan Country Day School and
it was so convenient being close by to shopping in Norwalk, doctor’s offices in Darien, and
right around the corner from New Canaan Village for coffee with friends!
