TOP 10 THINGS YOU WILL LOVE ABOUT LIFE AT 47 PURITAN ROAD...

      1. Our neighborhood is truly unique. It is a throwback to the 1950s, where neighbors and friends look out for one
another. This is a four cul-de-sac neighborhood with no through traffic. Kids play in the front yards, ride their bikes

in the street, and pop in out of each other’s homes without any cause for concern or safety issues.

      2. We spend our weekends swimming. The landscaping, backdrop of trees, and fence make the backyard a private
oasis perfect for entertaining. The proximity of the house to the pool is perfect for ease of accessing the kitchen or
bathroom. It makes it easy to bring food and refreshments outside while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool.

      3. The newly renovated lower level has been a great play space for our young children. The addition of the bonus

room has numerous options including a possible fifth bedroom (for a nanny, au pair, or guests), office, or home gym
      with full bath.

      4. Our home is conveniently located near shopping including 3 grocery stores, Target, Kohl’s, BJ’s and others. We
are located within 10 minutes of 2 train stations and 1 mile of two highways (Route 8 which connects to I-95, and
Route 15). Additionally, Short Beach in Stratford has an amazing playground and beach area and is only 10 minutes
away. Our home is perfect for commuters and accessing the amenities of Fairfield County.

      5. We love the convenience of the 3-car garage being right off the kitchen, which allows for ease of bringing in gro-

ceries and kids. The extra third garage space offers convenient storage for pool equipment and deck furniture.

      6. Our two favorite rooms are the sunroom and the family room. The sunroom is right off the kitchen and has been
converted to the children's playroom for convenience, allowing us to keep an eye on the children while preparing
meals. The family room is large yet very comfortable and we spend most of our time here.

      7. Trumbull is proud to have award winning public schools. We love the schools here and will be sad to leave them.

Our children have made many friends, many of which live in our neighborhood.

      8. Our neighborhood hosts annual block parties, holiday parties, kids making lemonade stands and just friendly
neighbors taking morning walks or jogs together. We take strolls over to the horse stables in our neighborhood on
      Old Dairy Rd.

      9. The NIA (Nichols improvement Association) is within walking distance. The NIA hosts the Trumbull Farmer’s
Market and a wonderful playground area. The NIA holds a variety of events and fun evenings throughout the year in-
cluding Easter-egg hunts, paint and sip nights, yoga classes, super-bowl parties and Christmas parties, just to name

a few. It’s a short walk and a great way to meet other people in the community

      10. Our home has a great layout for entertaining. We have hosted numerous informal get-togethers and we have
hosted many holiday events. The house is generously sized and we have been able to comfortably sleep as many as
      20 people under one roof.
