General Conditions
▪ Contractor will furnish labor and material necessary for completion of the home.

▪ All work to conform to Town and State building codes

▪ Interior partitions: 2” x 4” studs, 16” O.C., 2” x 6” in some areas

▪ 2 x 12 roof framing 16” O.C.

▪ Black standing seam roof over entrance (color Ore)
▪ Roof sheathing ⅝” zip system

▪ Asphalt roof shingles 30 year Timberline GAF architectural shingle
▪ Tiger-Paw synthetic polyethylene underlayment

▪ 6” aluminum K style gutters
▪ CertainTeed Monogram Vinyl siding 8” clapboard with board and batten on front gable
▪ AZEK PVC trim on front entry and garage

Insulation and Drywall

▪ Fiberglass insulation throughout, spray foam in attic and closed cell in basement
▪ Roof ridge vents and soffit vents included
▪ Interior walls and ceilings will have ½ sheetrock and three coats of taping compound

▪ Moisture board installed in bathrooms
▪ Garage ceiling and walls to ⅝” sheetrock with 2 coats of taping compound

▪ Bathrooms to have durock cement backer board for tile installation
