6. How efficient and low maintenance the house is.
7. Walking to shows at the Levitt Pavilion – parking is never a problem!
8. A smart house – I can adjust the thermostats from wherever I am.
9. Entertaining friends and family for BBQ's and get-togethers outdoors.
10. Living in a true neighborhood, with lots of families and friendly people passing by.
