• New kitchen down to the stud. Installed of the line appliances (Viking, sub-zero,
Meile) Custom tongue and grove cabinetry, hand made and painted.
• Installed under cabinet lights. Added Mahogany island and granite counter. Top
of the line tile installed.
• Added Mahogany wet bar area including custom handmade cabinets, new
windows, mini bar fridge, sink, dishwasher, glass shelving and 3 sets of lights.

• Jack and Jill with separate vanity areas and en-suite bath all new top of the line
• A variety of exterior and interior lighting fixtures
• Cedar deck sanded and double coated stained
