TOP 10 THINGS WE WILL MISS A BOUT LIFE AT 239 WESTPORT ROAD

1. We love sitting on the balcony in the morning with a beautiful view of the backyard and complete privacy.

2. Love that we live in a town with a wonderful and safe, public school system for the kids.

3. We love that there are large closets and plenty of storage all over the house for our family.

4. We enjoyed the beautiful flowering trees and plants outside. There are dogwood trees and lovely azalea
bushes that flower in the spring as well as hydrangea bushes. It is just gorgeous.

5. We are blessed with natural light that floods the house and we get incredible sunsets from the view from
the kitchen window.

6. We have plenty of space to host friends and family and play basketball outside.

7. We love the close convenience to trains, Merritt Parkway and I-95 is close by to get to work or NYC.

8. We are very close to stores, restaurants, Merwin Meadows park and the Norwalk Valley Trail just down the
street to ride bikes on.

9. We will miss hosting parties and BBQ’s on the back deck and inviting over our neighbors.

10. We love the gorgeous light that fills the foyer, overall good flow in the house and being in the sitting area
where we love to read and relax.
