          What made you fall in love with the property?
          We fell in love with the location right away — it’s perfectly situated on the Westport

          border with quick access to both Fairfield and Westport’s restaurants, shops, and
          amenities. The charm of our big stone terrace, the natural light filling every room,
          and the peaceful setting made it feel like home the moment we stepped inside. The

          ability to enjoy quiet mornings with coffee and relaxing evenings with wine on the
          terrace sealed the deal for us.


          Will you miss the neighbors/neighborhood?
          Absolutely. This neighborhood has a warmth and sense of community that’s hard to

          describe — kids playing outside, neighbors looking out for one another, and just a
          genuine feeling of safety and connection. It’s been the perfect environment to raise
          a family, and we’ll truly miss the people who made it feel so special.



          Tell me about the grounds.
          The property has incredible outdoor space, both in the front and back. The
          backyard feels like a private sanctuary — perfect for relaxing or hosting gatherings.
          We've had countless family events out there, and the space has always felt peaceful

          and expansive.
