1. Hosting Thanksgiving dinner for a blended family of 39!

2. Being able to cook while being in the middle of the festivities

3. Hosting the FIRST Margaritaville “Happy Hour” of the season every Friday of Memorial

Day Weekend for a hundred (new) Lordship friends.

4. Having a water view from our offices while we work.

5. Our neighbors — who are always there when we want to enjoy each other.

6. The beach covered in white, with winter snow.

7. Our annual Easter Egg Hunt with grandchildren in the beach grass.

8. Sundown beach cocktails anytime we want.

9. The most magnificent sunrises possible- makes being up super early almost worth it.

10. My “General Store” (nicknamed by my mom) that holds everything I could ever need.

11. Walking down the beach to THE BEST Sunday summer breakfasts on the patio at

historic Marnick’s.

12. Our “Ghost Birds” — seagulls soaring at the summer sunset with the rays’ reflection on

their wings that makes them look “celestial!” So pretty and unique — have to be seen!

13. Being able to say, “This is MY beach. I own it.”
